Phill, Angela and their team went above and beyond in their professionalism, courtesy, empathy, compassion, and thorough response to a clean up of a rental apartment after my mother died. A simple example of their care is that Phill reminded me gently that I did not have to re-enter the apartment while it was still a bio-hazard site, I could instead wait a few feet away in the hall as he let himself in. This thoughtfulness ran through all of their efforts to check with me and the landlord about the clean up and restoration process. I hired them for a phase 1 bio-hazard clean up and then for a phase 2 removal of items/deep clean. I don't have words to express how grateful I am for their support through these services at this difficult time. In the property manager's words: "they made it easy for us to replace the carpet and linoleum; there's not a lot to say in the walk through as they left it so clean...they even cleaned the blinds, wow (admiration in his voice as he lowered and raised them".
