			A while back I had some rats take up residence in my garage, which is giant and mostly unused other than as a storage space. I had pest control come help me eliminate the guests but their party signs remained. After diligent research on safely handling rat droppings, I suited up with my $100 of PPE and gear and went to get to work on what I thought would be an unpleasant but manageable Sunday afternoon task. Thirty minutes in, I was ugly-crying into my half-face respirator mask on the garage floor, and clicked the first result that came up on a google search for help. I am beyond grateful that I ended up with the team that came to help a few days later. They were the most incredibly combination of compassionately kind, and masterfully, efficiently competent.
